Must have dishes: सतरंगी होली के सात व्यंजन :
- Pua (Maalpua or shahi Pua)
- Kathal (Jack fruit) with spicy gravy
- Dahi vada
- different colors of puri(red,green,yellow)
- Tomato-dates chutney
- Imli-angoor (Tamarind+Grapes) chutney
- Haajmola :P
