panch foran

ingredients:
jeera(cumin seeds)
saunf (fennel seeds)
sarson(mustard seeds)
methi(fenugreek seeds)
mangraila(onion seeds)

mix all the ingredients very well and store in air tight jar.panch- foran is used in tempering veggies and dals
