Rice

Ingredients:                                                                                
rice-2 cup(washed and soaked for 5 min)
water-3 cup
2 tsp sugar
8-9 cashew nuts
9-10 raisins
1/4 tsp green cardamom powder
1 stick cinnamon
1 tsp pure ghee
method:
      Heat ghee in a pressure pan add sugar when the sugar turns brown add water then add all the ingredients close the lid and cook for 1 whistle.
